Welcome to Wild Monkeys. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website wildmonkey.in and any purchases made through it. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.

1. About us

This website is owned and operated by Weyne Ventures, a Sole Proprietorship registered in India, with its registered place of business at C-1204, Sai Signature, Sant Tukaram Nagar, Mamurdi, PCMC, Pune 412101, Maharashtra, India. Our FSSAI Food Business License number is 21526082003221.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract in India to purchase from Wild Monkeys. Orders shipped only within India.

3. Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may update product images, descriptions, weights, MRP, and offer prices at any time without notice.
• In the rare event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & acceptance

An order is a request to purchase. Order acceptance happens only after successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect address, out-of-stock items, or delivery-serviceability issues.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment aggregators licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. Wild Monkeys does not store or have access to your card, UPI, or bank credentials. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.

8. Product usage & food safety

• Store our products in a cool, dry place. Do not consume after the "best before" date printed on the pouch.
• Contains natural ingredients; may contain traces of allergens. Please read the label before consuming.
• Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Intended for the general population — pregnant / lactating women and those with medical conditions should consult a doctor if unsure.

9. Intellectual property

All content on wildmonkey.in — including the "Wild Monkeys" brand name, logos, monkey artwork, taglines ("Go Wild", "Bilkul Jungli", etc.), packaging, copy, and site design — is the exclusive property of Weyne Ventures. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Weyne Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
