Shipping Policy

We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners. Here's exactly what to expect once you place an order.

1. Order processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are dispatched the same working day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on Sundays / public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
• You'll receive an SMS & email with the tracking link once dispatched.

2. Delivery timelines (from dispatch)

• Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 1-2 business days
• Tier-2 cities: 2-3 business days
• Rest of India: 3-5 business days
• Remote & north-eastern regions may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping charges

• Flat ₹35 shipping fee on all orders below ₹399.
• Free shipping on orders ₹399 and above, across India.

4. Order tracking

You can track your order anytime at wildmonkey.in/track-order using your Order ID (from the confirmation email/page) and the phone number used at checkout.

5. Failed / delayed deliveries

• If a delivery attempt fails, the courier re-attempts up to 2 more times. After that, the order is returned to us (RTO).
• If your order is delayed beyond the promised window by more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
• For RTO orders, we refund the product amount (shipping is non-refundable) once we receive the package.

6. International shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified.
